Use Administrator Reports

Daily Job Count

Create a report in a calendar format of the number of jobs per day for specified reasons and locations.

  1. From the main menu, choose Administrator, then Daily Job Count.

  2. Choose your search criteria:

    • Month and Year can be any date in the past and up to one year in the future.

    • If Reason is not selected, the system displays a job count for all reasons.

  3. Click Search.

Location Balances

Display the balances for substitute allocation units or the in-house filling for a specified location and date range.

  1. From the main menu, choose Administrator, then Location Balances.

  2. Select the balance Type:

    • Substitute Allocations Units are the number of absences at a location that may be filled by substitutes during a specific period. When a location reaches the limit, all additional absences are reported as No Substitute Required - SAU.

    • In-House Filling is the daily limit a location is assigned for the number of absences to be filled by in-house personnel before a substitute can be assigned.

  3. Click Search.

Check for Duplicate Profiles

This is only available if the integration feature is enabled.

There may be instances where the system generates a duplicate profile through the integration with eFinancePlus. This can occur if a profile is created in eFinancePlus that is identical to one that exists in SmartFindExpress. Duplicates are profiles with the same First Name and Last Name.

  1. From the main menu, choose Administrator, then select Profile Inquiry/Reports. Choose Employee or Substitute.

  2. Click Search Potential Duplicates.

  3. Review the list for duplicates.

Profiles added through integration are labeled New in the Via Integration column.

  1. If you find a duplicate and need to remove it, click the Name.

  2. Click Delete.
