Run Job Inquiries

Search Jobs

  1. From the main menu, choose Administrator, then Job Inquiry/Reports.
  2. Define your search criteria:
    • To search for a specific job, enter the job number.
    • To search for a group of jobs, choose the search criteria.
    • To display all jobs for today, use the default values.
  3. Click Search.

Create Job Inquiry Report

  1. From your job inquiry, click Create Report.
  2. Select the report details and the options for displaying totals on the report.
  3. Click View Report.
  4. Review and save the report.

Export Job Inquiry

  1. From your job inquiry, click Export.
  2. Choose the export type and format.
    • Fixed Length applies to SEMS 3.0 formats.
    • Delimited refers to SmartFindExpress formats.
  3. Click Run Now.
  4. Open, review, and save the downloaded file.

Use this process to export information for Kronos and TimeClock Plus.

Throughout SmartFind Express, job status is indicated by two parts:  main status/subsidiary status.
