For the data dashboard, categories that aggregate data are location, mentorship relations, mentee type, programs, and support areas.
Ensure mentors, mentees, and pairings are already in the system; the system uses them to aggregate and display data for a specific mentor or mentee.
Location is part of the user account and requires no separate provisioning.
Configure support areas once during implementation under Admin Configuration; thereafter mentoring data will be aggregated by those areas.
Mentee type and program information can be bulk uploaded with mentor and mentee lists using the template on the bulk upload screen. You can edit a mentee's type individually via Participant List → Mentees → Edit Mentee Attributes. Program information can also be added when mentors and mentees are added individually, but changing a mentor's or mentee's program mid‑school year is not supported.
