Dashboard

Overview

The Dashboard provides administrators with an overview of coaching activities, including total coaching hours, the number of mentors and mentees, and primary locations where coaching occurs.

To navigate, log in to PowerSchool Coaching and Mentoring and select Dashboard from the sidebar.

The Dashboard displays key metrics and data specific to a school year:

• Total Coaching Hours – The cumulative hours logged by mentors.

• Total Mentors – The number of active mentors in the program.

• Total Mentees – The number of mentees currently participating.

• Primary Locations – The total number of locations where coaching takes place.

Users can view coaching hours based on different categories using the dropdown menu:

• Primary Location – Displays coaching hours by school or institution.

• Support Area – Shows coaching data based on support categories.

• Mentor – Breaks down hours by individual mentors.

• Mentee Type – Categorizes coaching hours based on different mentee groups.

• Content Area – Groups coaching hours by subject or focus area.

Users can select a category (e.g., Primary Location) to view coaching hours for specific schools or institutions.

The View by Support Area toggle allows switching between different coaching perspectives. The data visualization updates dynamically based on the selected category.

Users can change the academic year using the drop-down.
