Mass Deactivation Safety Threshold for Staff Imports

Introduced a 30% safety threshold for Mass Deactivation Staff Imports via the Data Import Tool. If an import would deactivate more than 30% of a district’s active users, the import will fail, and no users will be deactivated, helping prevent accidental large‑scale account removals.

Issue

Employee fields are being cleared on final form approval

Sometimes, when a basic form's version changed due to field updates, the employee's name in the Staff record cleared when the form was approved. This has been corrected.

Issue

Approving documents from basic forms

Previously, approving a document based on a basic form resulted in a required field error when a new required field was added to that form. Updated the processing so that approval depends on the form version the staff uses, and not the latest version.

Issue

Workflow steps completed by other users

In rare cases, users could complete workflow steps not assigned to them. This has been fixed.

Issue

Ensure Rehired Employees Get Proper Temporary Access

Resolved an issue where rehired employees previously provisioned for SSO but without native credentials were not granted temporary access in Records. When these users are rehired via Applicant Tracking, the system is updated to reactivate the appropriate temporary access and checks the Do Not Authenticate with OIDC option, ensuring they can log in as expected.
