Bank Deposit Details Form

Improvement

Bank Deposit Form - attachment support & account number visibility for approvers

Enhanced the Bank Deposit Form in Records to streamline the approval process and improve verification accuracy. You can attach supporting documents directly to the Bank Deposit Form in Records, allowing approvers to verify the form against the attached document during the approval process.

Also, Approvers can view the full account number on the Bank Deposit Form by clicking the eye icon, enabling them to cross-verify the form details against the attached documents before approving.

Performance Improvement in Contact Logs

For some customers, displaying the staff contact log took a long time. The performance of this feature has been improved.

Cross-district user creation with a single email

Staff profiles can be created in multiple districts with the same email address across Applicant Tracking, Records, and Perform. This unlocks support for districts with shared staff, where employees commonly work across multiple districts.

Update

Sync 1 and Sync 2 Deprecation

As part of this release, Sync 1 and Sync 2 have been deprecated and are no longer available for data imports. Districts should use the Data Import Tool (DIT) for all import activities. If you require assistance with migration or access to DIT, contact PowerSchool Support.

Files - Folders Sleeves

Issue

Prerequisite tasks must be completed before this task can be submitted error

Several instances have occurred in which staff try to complete a checklist task using a prerequisite rule from the My Tasks page, Available forms, or directly from the folder sleeve. This often resulted in orphan tasks or the staff receiving the error, “Prerequisite tasks must be completed before this task can be submitted”, with no further details.

Prerequisite Tasks must be completed via the My Tasks page or via the checklist dialog window for the staff. Additional details in the error will provide context around which checklist and task must be completed before the current task is submitted. Also, note that if a prerequisite task is a form with an approval workflow, the error will be issued until the form is approved to ensure the full prerequisite has been completed.

Reports - Document Workflow Summary

Issue

Document Workflow Summary does not always list all documents for HR Staff and System Admins

Previously, the Document Workflow Summary did not honor the System Admin and HR Staff security groups. This limited their view to documents of direct reports only. This has been corrected, allowing these groups to view documents for any employee according to their security settings.

Deduction Percent value is getting changed on submitting the Bank Deposit form

Resolved an issue where the deduction percentage changed unexpectedly when submitting the Bank Deposit form.

Configuration - Staff

Issue

Demographic fields are not properly displayed on forms

If a form was saved as a draft and a new demographic field was added to the eForm, its value did not populate. This has been resolved.

Reminder: eForms updating demographic fields must be approved before those values populate on other eForms.
