Document Workflow Summary	Send Reminders from the Document Workflow Summary	Enhanced the Document Workflow Summary report to include bulk notifications. For documents in the workflow, select the row to notify, then click Send Reminder. If enabled in the menu path: Configuration – Notifications, the workflow notification will be sent to the person the document is waiting on.
Staff Import	Temporary Access Now Supported	Added the `TempAccess` column to the Data Import Tool for Employee Records. This enhancement allows districts using an external identity provider (OIDC/SAML) to manage login mode in bulk—enabling temporary password-based access for users who do not yet have SSO credentials. When set to `T`, the user enters temporary access mode; when set to `F`, the user returns to SSO login (if an SSO identifier is provided). The Staff Profile checkbox previously labeled “Do not authenticate with OIDC/SAML” has been relabeled to “Enable password sign-in (bypass SSO)” to better reflect its purpose. This reduces manual setup effort for new hires, custodial staff, bus drivers, coaches, and substitute teachers. For more details, refer to the community article.
Configuration - Staff	Updates to password handling in Staff Profile	Updated password handling in the Staff Profile to improve account security and reduce the risk of administrators knowing user passwords. The Password field has been changed to Temporary Password and is now optional when creating or editing a user. If an administrator sets a temporary password, the user will be required to change it at first login, and the temporary password will expire after 24 hours. If no temporary password is entered, users will continue to set or reset their password through the Logging in for the first time / Forgot password flow on the login page. The previous “User must change password at first login” checkbox has been removed, as this behavior is now enforced by default. As a best practice, users should set or reset their own passwords through the login page. Admin-set temporary passwords should be used only in exceptional cases where needed for onboarding or access assistance.
