Files - List	Improvement	Viewing New Hire Documents from Applicant Tracking	New hire documents—those that appear in Records from the Begin Hire process—can be viewed in the Files – List menu path for an employee.
Folders – New Hire Documents and Folders – File List	Improvement	Applicant Tracking documents included in print functionality	Applicant Tracking documents can be printed from Records. There are two ways to print them. Go to Folders – New Hire Documents, open the Action menu, and select Print. Go to Folders – File List, check the New Hire document you want, then select Print or Print with history. You can print New Hire documents along with other Records documents.
Configuration - View W4 - Select Print as PDF	Issue	Printing W-4 data	When printing W-4 data, the form sometimes displayed previous values. This has been corrected.
Configuration - Staff - Files - Checklists	Issue	Checklist tasks with archived docs open or create an active doc when clicked	Previously, clicking an archived document from the employee checklist generated a new document. This is resolved, and clicking an archived document now opens the archived document.
Configuration - Staff - Files - Personnel Action Form	Issue	Restarting documents that were force-completed	Resolved an issue where approval tasks didn't appear in approvers' Needs Attention queue. This happened when a form was revised or restarted after its checklist had been force-completed. The updated tasks will show up as expected when a document is reopened or sent back for revision.
Reports - Cutom Report - Collapse ENABLED - <File Name>	Issue	“Collapse data to a single row" functionality is returning unexpected results	Previously, selecting “Collapse data set to a single row" versus leaving it not selected produced inconsistent results. Reports with only staff fields sometimes returned different data, and permanently deleted documents sometimes appeared when the setting was not selected. With this update, staff-only reports are consistent regardless of the setting, and permanently deleted documents never appear.
Configuration - Staff - Files - Enrollment - HRA - Print	Issue	Print issues corrected	Several printing issues were resolved or improved, including printing a mixed form from a landscape PDF and problems with attached fillable PDFs.
