SFTP

Link an SFTP Server

Follow these steps to link an SFTP server to the Data Import tool.

1. Log in to the Data Import tool on the US or Canada login page.

2. Click Configuration.

3. Click Remote Server Configuration.

4. Click Add Configuration.

5. Enter the following details:

   1. Name of the SFTP server.

   2. Select a Protocol: SFTP or FTPS. We currently only support Port 22 for SFTP and Port 21 for FTPS.

   3. Hostname.

   4. Username.

   5. Password.

6. Click Save.
