Corrected row selection when deleting role assignments

Fixed an issue in Role Management where manually removing a user from a specific role assignment (e.g., Lead Mentor at a specific school location) could delete the incorrect row from the user's role list. Removing a role now accurately targets and deletes only the selected assignment.

Resolved false "Session expired" message on manual time logging

Fixed an issue where users encountered an unexpected "Your session has expired" toast notification immediately after logging in when selecting "Record time manually" or opening previously logged manual check-in records.

Restored editing rights for users with dual mentor and administrator roles

Resolved an issue where users possessing both administrator and mentor permissions were blocked from editing notes, attaching files, or finalizing check-in records when acting under the mentor persona.
