This feature allows you to create a Days Worked report for an employee or substitute for a specified date range. You can use the report to monitor the number of days a substitute works due to a contractual or union agreement. To stop a substitute from working more days than allowed you can do one of the following:
-
Clear the Available for new jobs field on their profile.
-
Select the Substitute Unavailability Date option and enter a date range that extends from now through the end of the school year on the Unavailable Dates page.
If you use the Substitute Unavailability Date option, the substitute cannot see that data when they view their profile. We recommend adding a comment in the substitute profile on the Optional Information page for the reason you made the substitute unavailable for new jobs.
