Employee Inquiry and Reports

Menu path: From Administrator, select Profile Inquiry/Reports. Choose Employee.

You can view, edit, and print reports on multiple employees simultaneously. This may be useful when you need to print a report containing information on multiple employees, edit several profiles at a time, or export employee information. All employee reports are created based on the search selection.

Employee List

You can search using the default search options or enter specific search criteria. Choose a sort sequence, then click Search to display the Employee List. The Classification and Location searches allow up to two choices. To restrict a search to a specified date range and date type, click More Search Options to display additional search criteria. You cannot select multiple date types. Used to Expire date types are in the expired date range search.

You can view, edit, and export profile information depending on the administrative setup of the administrator or operator.

  1. Click the Name of a profile to display the Modify Profile page.

  2. View or edit information as needed.

  3. Click Save.

Create Employee Inquiry Reports

  1. Click Create Report on the Employee Inquiry and Reports page.

  2. Select the report options for the detail report, employee labels, and employee list report.

The Access ID, External ID, and PIN are visible to administrators only if you enable the district setting View Employee ID on the Parameters – Administrator tab.

  1. In the Detail Report section, click View Report.

Employee List Report

This option allows you to create a report about all employees appearing in the search results.

  1. In the Employee List section, select the report options.

  2. Click View Report.

    • If the work schedule has multiple classifications, only the primary classification displays.

Export Employee Information

Use the Export feature for the following:

  • Export data to a text format for use with other software.

  • Reimport the text file into the system after updating certain fields.

  • Use with mail merge software to produce letters.

  • Compare data with Human Resources software.

  • Prepare an annual deletion file of inactive employees.

  • Mass update employees to a new calendar.

Click Export and follow the screen instructions to download the file.
