Application Forms

To modify an application form, follow these steps.

  1. Select Content Management > Modify Application Forms.

  2. Select an Application type and an Applicant type. These selections control which application will be presented for editing.

  3. Click Submit. You will be shown a sample of the corresponding application.

  4. Any field with an Edit List link below it presents the option to modify the answer selections for that field. Click the link.

  5. Add or Remove values, then click Done.

  6. When finished modifying the form, click Save and Next.
