Email Notifications

Create stored emails that may be used in different areas of the system.

New Applicant Email

When an applicant completes the application and logs out of the system, a welcome email will be sent. You can customize this email by following these steps.

  1. Select Administration > New Applicant Email from the main menu.
  2. Customize the Subject and Body of the message as desired.
  3. Click Save and Next.

Context-Based Emails

You can manage email templates for use in various contexts of the system, such as job application acknowledgement, reference contact, or not hired notification.

  1. Select Administration > Email Administration from the main menu.
  2. Click the pencil icon for the desired context. 
  3. If you can create more than one template in a context, you will see a list.
    Click Add to create a new email template for the context.
    OR
    Click the pencil icon for an existing template you want to edit.
  4. Customize the email as desired.
  5. Click Save and Next.
