Email Notifications
Create stored emails that may be used in different areas of the system.
New Applicant Email
When an applicant completes the application and logs out of the system, a welcome email will be sent. You can customize this email by following these steps.
- Select Administration > New Applicant Email from the main menu.
- Customize the Subject and Body of the message as desired.
- Click Save and Next.
Context-Based Emails
You can manage email templates for use in various contexts of the system, such as job application acknowledgement, reference contact, or not hired notification.
- Select Administration > Email Administration from the main menu.
- Click the pencil icon for the desired context.
- If you can create more than one template in a context, you will see a list.
Click Add to create a new email template for the context.

Click the pencil icon for an existing template you want to edit. - Customize the email as desired.
- Click Save and Next.
