The Munis export tool sends hire data from OnDemand directly into Munis' Human Capital Management (HCM) system, eliminating manual re-entry. This page covers what the export does, which products support it, and how to enable it.

Implementation and Setup

In OnDemand, click Scripts tab, select Enable Munis Export, and choose Run Script. This makes the export interface visible under Configure, Munis Export Tool.

Under Client Preferences, change the SHOW_MUNIS_XMLEXPORT preference to True from False.
Once both steps are complete, the Munis export tool is available under Configure, Munis Export Tool.
