Staff Imports

Improvement

Mass Deactivation Safety Threshold for Staff Imports

Introduced a 30% safety threshold for Mass Deactivation Staff Imports via the Data Import Tool. If an import would deactivate more than 30% of a district’s active users, the import will fail, and no users will be deactivated, helping prevent accidental large‑scale account removals.

Note: If your import is halted, you may see one of two error messages in the detailed logs - IMPORT_HALTED_THRESHOLD_EXCEEDED or IMPORT_HALTED_SYSTEM_ANOMALY_DETECTED. Refer to the FAQ and Troubleshooting section for details on what each error means and how to proceed.

JobType Import

Improvement

EndDate Column Now Available for JobType Import

Administrators can import an EndDate value for staff members' Job Type records using the Data Import Tool. EndDate is an optional date column that follows the same format and behavior as StartDate and HireDate. If the column is not mapped or the value is left blank, the import proceeds normally with no errors. Existing JobType imports are unaffected.

Import Logs

Improvement

Improved visibility for SFTP imports

Import history will show every import attempt, including runs where the file could not be retrieved from your SFTP server. Each failed run displays a clear reason - such as a connection issue, authentication failure, or file not found - so you can quickly understand what happened. Detailed diagnostic information is also sent to your configured notification email to help resolve issues faster
