Staff Import	Enhancement	Temporary Access Now Supported	Added the `TempAccess` column to the Data Import Tool for Employee Records. This enhancement allows districts using an external identity provider (OIDC/SAML) to manage login mode in bulk—enabling temporary password-based access for users who do not yet have SSO credentials. When set to `T`, the user is placed in temporary access mode; when set to `F`, the user returns to SSO login (if an SSO identifier is provided). The Staff Profile checkbox previously labeled “Do not authenticate with OIDC/SAML” has been relabeled to “Enable password sign-in (bypass SSO)” to better reflect its purpose. This reduces manual setup effort for new hires, custodial staff, bus drivers, coaches, and substitute teachers. For more details, refer to the community article.
Course Import	Enhancement	Course Tags can now be imported for courses	Added the Course Tag section to Course Import and PLC Course Import to allow assigning of Course Tags to Courses. Multiple tags can be assigned to one course using a delimited list of codes corresponding to the tags.
Email Notification	Issue	Email notifications were failing to deliver intermittently	Previously, Email notifications from the Data Import Tool were intermittently failing to be delivered. This has been resolved.

Temporary Access Now Supported

Enhancement
