Staff Import | Issue | Missing Personal Email Addresses in staff imports were overwritten by Work Email Addresses | Resolved an issue in the Data Import Tool (DIT) where a user’s Personal Email was incorrectly replaced with their Work Email if the Personal Email field was left blank in the staff import file. With this fix, the system now preserves the existing Personal Email when the import file does not provide one. Note: To ensure accurate user matching and prevent the creation of duplicate accounts, districts should always include the Personal Email for new hires in their staff import files. Providing this field helps the system reliably identify and match users across products |
