Find a Job | New Job List Page | After searching on the Find a Job page, job seekers are now able to find jobs via flat list or dynamic map. My Jobs | New Interviews Tab | The Interviews tab allows job seekers to review interview details already set by the employer or specify a preferred date and time for the interview. It will only appear if the user has received at least one interview request from the employer. |
My Jobs | New Job Assist Preferences Page | Previously known as Search Agent Preferences, this is a critical feature that enables job seekers to be searched by employers. The new placement of this tab invites job seekers to provide their profile searchability preferences and other job preferences. |
My Jobs | New Job Notifications Tab | Job Notifications are now separated from Job Assist Preferences for further simplification. |
My Jobs | New Saved Jobs Page | Job seekers are now able to use the Favorite (heart) icon to save jobs of interest, which will then appear under Saved Jobs. |
My Jobs | New Submitted Applications Page | Job seekers can review the statuses of their submitted applications and take action accordingly. They can also use application links to review details such as job descriptions, interview information, and more. |
My Profile | New Additional Information Section | Job Seekers can now specify their test scores and language-related data under Additional Information. |
My Profile | New Career Summary Tab | Information from Career Summary fields is the first thing employers will review while shortlisting a candidate's profile. This tab is located strategically at the top of the Personal Information section to encourage job seekers to fill out that information first. |
My Profile | New Documents Section | Previously known as Attachments, the Documents section allows users to upload and house different types of documents, which they can use wherever they need. |
My Profile | New Education Section | Education Types have been consolidated for a simplified user experience. Job seekers will be able to choose the correct Education Type before adding their education. Only relevant fields based on the selected Education Type will be populated on the form. |
My Profile | New Experience Section | Job seekers will be able to provide experience information in a more streamlined way. Experience Types have been consolidated for a simplified user experience. There is a new field for Student Teaching experience. |
My Profile | New Licenses and Certificates Section | This tab allows job seekers to add and maintain licenses and certificates related information in their profile. Job Seekers can specify endorsements for their certificates, which helps employers to find them if they are interested in certified candidates only. Job Seekers will also find a much easier way of specifying multiple endorsements for their licenses and certificates. |
My Profile | New Profile Preview | Job seekers now have a simple, consolidated review of their entered profile information. They can use this to quickly review information and make changes if needed. |
