Click Submissions on the side menu. Select References.

Click Add References. You can add a new reference or select a reference from your profile in the job board.

To add a new reference, enter the necessary information.

Click the paperclip icon to upload a reference letter. You can upload the document from your local device, choose from existing documents in the job board, and browse or drag and drop files. File types allowed are jpg, gif, pdf, doc, txt, or rtf, and file size should be less than 5 MB.

Click Save.

To choose a reference from your profile, select the checkbox next to the profile name. You can select from more than one profile.

Click Save.

Select the job postings that will use this reference.

Click Save.

Click the Reference Letter link to download a copy.

Click the pencil (edit) icon to update an existing reference.
