Resolved Scripting Tool Issues when Using iPhones or iPads |
Previously, when scripting from an iPhone or iPad, the return key entered a new line in the input field and did not save the note. Additionally, the checkboxes to select the notes were positioned on top of each other. These issues are now resolved. Customers using phones should note that Apple mobile devices display the long answer rich text field question type as a plain text field. If users want to display this question type as a rich answer text field, they must select Request Desktop Website in the browser. |
