Use this page to create reports on job, employee and substitute data for their locations. Click on the link of the report to display the report detail page. After you enter the report parameters on the detail page, you can view and save the report.
To manually add a second date line to the report header to show the date the report is for, use the Report Title field on the report’s setup page. Add the date to the report title when running the report.
Access Reports

From Reports, choose Report List.

Click the link for the report to use.

Enter the criteria, then click Search.

Do one of the following:

Click Save Report to save a file.

Click Save & View to save a file and open the report.

Click View Report to open the report.

Substitute Time Worked |
Generates the calculated total hours worked by a substitute. |

Substitute Detail |
General information on single or multiple substitutes. |

Substitute List |
Daily Availability and Unavailability Dates information for substitutes. |

Substitute Statistics |
Statistics on assignment calls, the type of assignment call, and the assignment type. |

Information on absence approval requests. |

# Days Worked/Absent |
There are two report types:
Use the Break at Holiday and Break at NSR fields to indicate if the consecutive days’ calculation should break at these occurrences. For each report type, all occurrences are listed separately. |

Total number of active employee profiles for the district. |
