Use this page to access all reports that have been created and saved. You can view, edit, and schedule reports.
Manage a Saved Report

From Reports, choose My Saved Reports.

For the desired report, click on of the following:

View Report - Display the report content.

Edit Report - Re-run a saved report with new criteria.

To remove a report, select the report to remove, then click Delete Selected.
Schedule a Report

From Reports, choose My Saved Reports.

For the desired report, click Schedule Report.

Enter the Schedule start. Leave blank to run the report immediately.

Choose the scheduling option:

One Time - Run the report immediately or on specified date.

Simple Recurrence - Enter the interval between reports and duration, either by date or by number of times.

Calendar Recurrence - Enter the interval between reports and duration by day, month, and time.

Complete the Email Notification fields as needed to send the report to specified users.

Click Save Schedule.
When you create a schedule, new options display on My Saved Reports:

Edit Schedule
-
Unschedule
Use these options to edit or remove the schedule.
