Improved Duplicate Email Validation

Enhanced the application to prevent duplicate Work Emails by checking against both active and deactivated users. This ensures cleaner data and avoids conflicts when adding new staff.

Print errors for Mixed Forms

In some cases, a blank page separated the image of the form from the fields that printed. In other cases, there was no blank page, but the fields and image were printed on different pages. Both of these errors have been resolved.

Unlocking forms with no workflow

Previously, it was not possible to unlock a form if that form had no workflow. This has been resolved.
