Release 25.6.0.0 - June 2025
Product Updates
Product Area | Type | Summary | Release Note |
---|---|---|---|
Configuration - Document | Improvement | Save Final notification on all Direct Deposit documents | The Send notification when 'Save Final' is clicked on the form (recommended for forms with financial or sensitive data) option will be enabled for documents whose name includes deposit, and contains fields with account or routing in the name. This setting is in the Settings tab's menu path: Configuration -- Documents. When these forms are submitted, two emails are automatically sent: one to the staff member's home email address and another to their work email address. This dual notification system ensures the message is received, even if one inbox is temporarily inaccessible. This enhancement allows your staff to actively contribute to information security, thereby strengthening the protection of important data across your organization. |
Notifications | Improvement | Added the Login link as a mail merge tag | The Login link can now be added as a merge tag in mail notifications. For OIDC and SAML-enabled districts, it would dynamically update depending on the user access; that is, the link would direct temporary access users to the native login page and SSO-provisioned users to the IDP login page. |
Application UI pages | Improvement | Accessibility improvements | In this release, accessibility across several application pages was improved by enhancing compliance with WCAG 1.3.2 (Meaningful Sequence) guidelines. These updates aim to provide all users with a more seamless and inclusive experience. Additional accessibility improvements are planned for future releases. |
Configuration - Staff - W4 Form | Issue | W-4 printed special characters | Previously, if a special character, such as “$”, was entered into the W-4 form in boxes 4a, 4b, or 4c, it would not appear when viewing the form, but when printing it. This has been resolved and no longer occurs. |
