Configuration - Staff - Documents | Issue | Revision Requests and Unlocks with Required Attachments | Previously, if a document had a required attachment, approvers could not remove it when Unlocking or performing a Revision Request to that document. The requirement is now enforced for submission, but approvers can remove the attachment if needed during an editable workflow step. |
Configuration - Notifications - Checklist | Issue | Logo images display in emails | Previously, inserted logo images did not always display properly when viewing the emails being sent to employees. This has been corrected, and logo images now display, allowing for better district branding of messages being sent. |
Configuration - Staff - Impersonate | Issue | Users with impersonation rights cannot complete workflow steps as someone else | Previously, if a user impersonated another user and attempted to complete a workflow step as the impersonated user, the workflow step would not complete. This has been corrected, and the workflow step can be completed. Note that for security purposes, the audit in the document will continue to reflect the login of the person, not the impersonated person. |
Configuration - Folders - Sleeves | Issue | Deactivating documents tied to active sleeves | Districts could deactivate documents that were still associated with active Sleeves. This led to system confusion and error messages when trying to add new entries to a Sleeve with a deactivated document. Updated processing to display a clear error message preventing the action when a user attempts to deactivate a Document that is linked to one or more active Sleeves. |
Configure - Sleeve - Add Sleeve | Issue | Warnings added when configuring Sleeve deletions | When configuring a sleeve, it is possible to set a date by which the document should be permanently deleted. The date applies to all employees, not just the current employee selected. Warning messages have been added to remind people of this functionality to prevent accidental deletions. |
