Ability to Sort Courses by Office

Professional Learning administrators are now able to sort courses by office so that they can view and manage courses associated with specific offices only.

Courses May Be Restricted to Single Credit Area

Professional Learning administrators are now able to select if a single Credit Area or multiple Credit Areas can be selected for a course so that Course Builders will be able to provide the correct Credit Areas and Credit Types for all courses.

Exclude Users Already Enrolled in a Course

When adding users to a course roster using the Add Advanced Method, administrators are now able to exclude users that are already enrolled in a section of that course so that users are not enrolled in multiple sections by mistake.

Report Builder Enhancements

Professional Learning administrators that have been given access to the Report Builder are now able to create and share Report Queries, as well as view the resulting data through the user interface.

Auto-add Associated Badges to User's List when Registering for a Course

Functionality was added to automatically add badges associated with a course to a user's to-do list under My Badges when they register for the course.

Halt Badge Progress when Withdrawing from Course

Functionality was added to auto-halt badge progress when the user withdraws from an associated course.

Roster Closed when Section is Canceled

Functionality was added to update the status of a canceled section and auto-lock the roster to prevent it from showing up as an outstanding section that needs attendance in the instructor's dashboard.

SCORM Support for Canadian Customers

Professional Learning administrators may now enable Canadian SCORM support so that SCORM content may be added to self-paced learning opportunities and accessed by end-users in Canada.
