Choose Professional Learning from the main menu.

Choose Manage, then Transfer Credit Approvals.
Approve a credit request

From the In Progress list, click a request Title.

Select the Credit Area and assign credit value.

Click Approve.

Click Submit.
Deny a credit request

From the In Progress list, click a request Title.

Click Deny.

Enter a Note. You must provide a reason for denying the request.

Click Submit.
Return a request to Pending

From the Submitted list, click a request Title.

Click Return to Pending.

Click Submit.
Delete transfer credit requests
Administrators can now control whether users are allowed to delete course transfer credit requests directly within PdAdmin. This capability was previously available only as a legacy configuration option but has now been integrated into the PdAdmin interface. Besides simplifying administration by consolidating permissions in PdAdmin, this enhances self-service for schools and districts.
To enable:

Navigate to PdAdmin, and select Configuration.

Click Roles and Permissions and select Site Based Group Types.

Locate the role you want to update.

Select Can Delete Course Transfer Credit Records.

Click Save.
