Add Folder Security

  1. Choose Configuration from the main menu.

  2. Choose Security.

  3. In the Folder Security section, click the security group.On the Edit Security Group page, navigate to the Folder Security section.Select a folder checkbox to grant access to the folder and its sleeves.Click Save.

  4. To narrow down access to folders that are enabled for a security group, use the DR/Sup Folder Security section of the Security page to configure which specific users will have access to the contents of each folder (user (self), supervisor, direct reports, or system administrator.)

Security can only be set at the folder level, not at the sleeve level. Permissions that are given at the folder level filter down to the sleeve level.
