The Transcript report now includes a components field to address reporting needs for both internal and external credit tracking. This provides visibility into detailed course completion breakdowns.
When enabled, the transcript shows:

Component Number
-
Component Title
If the component feature is not enabled in your district/system, the components field will not display in the report.
Users can apply standing filters to refine results by specific components. The components field only appears if the component feature is enabled in your system. This functionality is supported in both ad hoc and PdAdmin systems.
To enable:

Navigate to Reports, and select Transcript Report.

If enabled, locate the new Components column.

Use available filters to refine by internal or external credit components.

Export results to include component-level details for compliance or district reporting.
