Assign Processes to Staff - Evaluator

Single Staff Member

To assign a process to a single staff member, follow these steps.

  1. Select My Staff > Staff from the main menu.

  2. Click the All Staff or Not Evaluated tab.

  3. Click Start a Process for the desired staff member.

  4. Select a Process Type, Process Name, and Job Type.

  5. Enter a Due Date.

  6. Click Assign Process.

Multiple Staff Members

To assign a process to multiple staff members at once, follow these steps.

  1. Select My Staff > Staff from the main menu.

  2. Click the All Staff or Not Evaluated tab.

  3. Filter the list by Job Type.

  4. Select the checkbox for one or more staff members.

  5. From the Bulk Action menu, select Add Process(es), then click Go.

  6. Select a Process Type, then the Process Name.

  7. Enter a Due Date.

  8. Click Assign Process.
