Click Filing from the main menu.

Click Go to Scanning.
If this is your first time using this functionality, click Download to install the scanning plugin. Once installed, you may have to click a banner within your web browser to allow the plugin to run.

Choose the scanner from the Select Source menu.

Select a color scheme for your scanned documents.

Enter a file name.

Set the file options:
Choose the DPI (dots per inch) for your scanned documents. In most cases, a higher DPI setting will capture more detail but may take longer to scan.If you choose to utilize the multi-page PDF function, all the documents you scan in this session file as one PDF vs. separate pages. With this checkbox clear, when you scan your next document, it overwrites the previous scan. -
Click Scan.

Use the editing features to modify the image, if needed.

If you do not wish to use the scanner, you can select an image directly from your computer.Click Browse.Select the image file. Supported image file formats include BMP, JPG, PNG, and TIF. Click Open.

If you selected Multi-Page PDF, you can scan another item or select another image from your computer.

When finished, click Save to Server.
Next, you can move scanned files to folders.
