File Document

After your document is scanned:

  1. Click Proceed to Filing from the Scan window. Alternatively, access the scanned document by choosing Filing, and clicking File next to the file name.

  2. Search for the user, folder, and sleeve where you wish to file the document.

    You must file scanned documents into sleeves. The software automatically archives any current documents that exist in a sleeve.

  3. If applicable, set an expiration date.

  4. If there is a workflow associated with the sleeve, you have the option to enable it by selecting Enable Document Workflow.

  5. Click File.

  6. Click Close.

Employee Records keeps a log of all scanned and filed documents in the system. Choose Filing from the main menu to see a list of filed documents.
