Request Document

To request a document from a staff member:

  1. Choose Configuration from the main menu.

  2. Choose Staff.

  3. Locate the staff member's record.

  4. Click the Files button.

  5. Click the folder that contains the document.

  6. Click the ellipsis (...) of the applicable document sleeve and select Request.

  7. If needed, select a Due Date and enter a Note.

  8. Click Request
