Contract Completion

Use this report to track contracts. 

  1. Choose Contracts from the main menu.

  2. Click Report to view all contracts.

  3. Click the Report icon on the contract line to show the report for a single contract. 

  4. On the Reports page, review the following information:Who completed or signed their contractHow many times the contract was viewedWhen the contract was sent and last viewedBasic employee information

  5. Use the filters to narrow down results by Completed, Archived, or Retracted status, or by location, job type, supervisor, contract type, and Contract Sent and Signed dates. 

  6. To remind a staff member to complete their contract, click Remind on their record, or select multiple records and click Bulk Remind. An email notification is sent to applicable staff members. 

  7. To retract a staff member's contract:Click Retract.Enter your signature and a reason for the retraction (optional).Agree to the Electronic Signature Statement.Click Retract.
