Checklist Completion

Use this report to track employee task completion.

  1. Choose Report from the main menu.

  2. Choose Checklist Completion.

  3. Select a checklist.

  4. If needed, use the filter options to narrow down the results list and click Apply.

  5. The report lists each task within the checklist and its status. Hover the pointer over a status checkmark to view the task type and dates.Click the status checkmark, then click View to view, print, or unlock the form.

  6. If a checklist action is needed, select the employees, then select the appropriate action from the Bulk Actions list and click GO.
