Assign a Resource

There are two ways to assign a resource to a staff member.

Checklist

  1. Choose Configuration from the main menu.

  2. Choose Checklists.

  3. Create a new checklist or edit an existing one.

  4. In Edit mode, click Add Task.

  5. Click the Library Resource tab.

  6. Enter a name for the task.

  7. Choose the resource.

  8. Choose the responsible user.

    1. "Assigned Staff" means anyone to whom you have assigned this checklist.

    2. Selecting a specific staff member assigns the task only to that user.

  9. Specify if this is a required task.

  10. Click Save.

The next time this checklist is assigned, the resource shows up on the user's task.

E-Form

  1. Choose Configuration from the main menu.

  2. Choose E-Forms.

  3. Create a new E-Form or click Edit on an existing, custom E-form.

  4. Under Current Draft, click Edit.

  5. From the Add Question list, choose Library Resource.

    1. Select the resource.

    2. Add a label.

    3. If needed, add instructions.

    4. Click Save.

A resource is considered part of the document, so it will not show up in My Tasks. The E-form or the document itself will show up in the user's task list.

  1. Click Save Final.

  2. Click Save and Exit.

When the E-form is next assigned, the resource question will be part of the form.
