There are two ways to assign a resource to a staff member.
Checklist

Choose Configuration from the main menu.

Choose Checklists.

Create a new checklist or edit an existing one.

In Edit mode, click Add Task.

Click the Library Resource tab.

Enter a name for the task.

Choose the resource.

Choose the responsible user.

"Assigned Staff" means anyone to whom you have assigned this checklist.

Selecting a specific staff member assigns the task only to that user.

Specify if this is a required task.

Click Save.
The next time this checklist is assigned, the resource shows up on the user's task.
E-Form
-
Choose Configuration from the main menu.

Choose E-Forms.
-
Create a new E-Form or click Edit on an existing, custom E-form.

Under Current Draft, click Edit.

From the Add Question list, choose Library Resource.

Select the resource.
-
Add a label.
-
If needed, add instructions.

Click Save.

A resource is considered part of the document, so it will not show up in My Tasks. The E-form or the document itself will show up in the user's task list.

Click Save Final.

Click Save and Exit.
When the E-form is next assigned, the resource question will be part of the form.
