Events
Schedule different types of appointments (interviews, onboarding meetings, substitute orientations) with employers and applicants.
- Select Scheduling > Manage Events from the main menu.
- Click Add.
- Complete the required fields of the event form, denoted with an asterisk.
- Click Save and Next.
Manage Event Slots
After creating an event, you will be returned to the complete list of events. To add timeslots, follow these steps.
- Select Availability to add slots to an event.
- Click Add.
- Complete the required fields of the event availability form, denoted with an asterisk.
- Click Save and Next.
Invite Attendees
Invite attendees to an event when looking at a list of applicants.
- Search Applicants or View and Hire Applicants.
- Select the checkbox for each applicant you want to invite to an event.
- From the action menu, select Event Invitation.
- Click Go!
- Select the event.
- Click Event Invitation.
