Events

Schedule different types of appointments (interviews, onboarding meetings, substitute orientations) with employers and applicants.

  1. Select Scheduling > Manage Events from the main menu.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Complete the required fields of the event form, denoted with an asterisk.
  4. Click Save and Next.

Manage Event Slots

After creating an event, you will be returned to the complete list of events. To add timeslots, follow these steps.

  1. Select Availability to add slots to an event.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Complete the required fields of the event availability form, denoted with an asterisk.
  4. Click Save and Next.

Invite Attendees

Invite attendees to an event when looking at a list of applicants.

  1. Search Applicants or View and Hire Applicants.
  2. Select the checkbox for each applicant you want to invite to an event.
  3. From the action menu, select Event Invitation.
  4. Click Go!
  5. Select the event.
  6. Click Event Invitation.
