Manage Pipeline

Overview

The Pipeline feature in Sourcing assists recruiters in organizing and managing candidates for specific roles. It presents applicants in various stages, such as "Shortlisted," "Contacted," and "Applied," enabling recruiters to track progress easily. Additionally, filters for status and activity allow for quick sorting and facilitate targeted actions.

The interface enhances collaboration by providing shared visibility of candidate updates within a project. This tool streamlines recruitment workflows, ensuring that all team members remain aligned.

Filter applicants

Description

Status

Allows recruiters to select applicants based on their application status. The options available are:

  • Shortlisted: Lists all applicants recruiters have shortlisted.

  • Contacted: Lists all applicants invited to apply for the job.

  • Applied: Lists all applicants who have been invited and have successfully applied for the job.

Activity

Allows recruiters to select applicants based on their level of activity. Use the date picker to select a date.

Last active on/after: Lists all applicants who have been active after a specific date.

Date available: Lists all applicants who have indicated their availability period.

Location

Allows recruiters to select applicants based on their location. You can select multiple locations.

Preferred locations: Lists all applicants who have specified their preferred work locations.”.

Current location: Allows recruiters who view applicants based on their current location.

Education

Allows recruiters to select applicants based on their academic experience. You can select multiple locations.

Education level: Search for and select the highest educational qualification.

Degree: Select the name of the degree or diploma applicants have earned.

Graduation year on/after: Lists all applicants by their year of graduation. Use a date picker to select the date, month, and year of graduation.

Experience

Allows recruiters to select applicants based on their professional teaching experience.

Title: Allows you to specify the most recent job title.

Minimum teaching experience: Lists applicants by their teaching experience.

Certification

Allows recruiters to select applicants based on their certification if any.

Category: Indicates the category of certification that is relevant to the position you are recruiting. You can select from:

  • Show certified or interested: Lists all applicants who have completed a certification in the category you have selected or have expressed interest in getting certified.

  • Show only certified: Lists all applicants who have completed a certification in the category you have selected.

Title: This allows you to select users based on the title of their certification.

Expiry on/after: Lists the validity of the certification if any.

Invite applicants

Recruiters can invite applicants to apply to a job.

To invite:

  1. Click the kebab menu on the applicant tile.

  2. Select Invite.

  3. Select a Job posting.

  4. Click OK.

This will send an automated email to the applicant with a link to apply for the job.

Shortlist applicants

Recruiters can shortlist applicants.

To shortlist:

  1. Select the applicant and click the kebab menu.

  2. Select Shortlist.

Shortlisted applicants move forward in the recruitment pipeline.
