On the Enhanced Candidate Portal, applicants will be shown the instructions on the application when added by the administrator for a custom form.

Access old data redirection from Career Day

When an applicant using the Enhanced Candidate Portal has not authorized or skipped the process to access data of their previous applicant tracking account, they will be redirected to complete the process by clicking the Schedule Interview button. After they enter the details of their previous account or skip it, they can continue to schedule the interview for the career day.

Access Career Days on Enhanced Candidate Portal

Applicants can access career days added by the district administrator on the Enhanced Candidate Portal. When a new career day is added by the administrator, applicants who have access to it will see it on the Career Day tab on the home page. They can view details such as the name, location, date & time, type, and description of the career day. After clicking the Schedule Interview button, applicants can view a drop-down menu with available time slots. They can then select a time slot according to their preference and schedule the interview.

Applicants using the Enhanced Candidate Portal can view the minimum and maximum salary added on the Applicant Tracking job posting in the Job Details section.
