Education | Improvement | New Education section | A new Education section has been added to Applicant Tracking to streamline the application process. Administrators can enable the new Education (Easy Apply) page by navigating to the application type and selecting the enable button. Once enabled, the Education sections from applicants' profiles will automatically appear during job applications and be submitted without manual intervention. Note that only one of the Education (Easy Apply) or legacy Education sections can be included in the form. With the new education section, administrators can retrieve application-specific education data submitted by applicants using the Print option. In the Application Manager, the Print Application feature will display only the entries submitted for the job. |
Education | Improvement | Education section updates save to SchoolSpring profile | Data submitted from SchoolSpring for Applicant Tracking jobs using the existing Education section will not be saved to the applicant’s SchoolSpring profile. Only data added or updated using the new Education (Easy Apply) section will be saved to the profile. |
