Transfer Credit Request for Others
Create a Credit Request for a Single User
- Choose Professional Learning from the main menu.
- Choose Manage, then Credit Requests for Others.
- Click New Request.
- Enter the Recipient. You can search for a user by name or employee ID.
- Click Create.
- Complete the credit request form. The user you selected will prepopulate the recipient field and cannot be edited.
- Click Submit for Credit Approval.
Create a Bulk Credit Request for Multiple Users
- Choose Professional Learning from the main menu.
- Choose Manage, then Bulk Credit Requests.
- Click Create Bulk Credit Request.
- Complete the credit request form, then click Next.
- Click Recipients. You can add recipients in one of two ways.
- Select recipients:
- From the action menu, choose Add Recipients.
- Use the search box and/or filters to narrow the list of users.
- Select the checkboxes for the users you want to add.
- Click Add Selected.
- Enter recipients:
- From the action menu, choose Add Recipients Advanced.
- Click the type of identifier you are going to use.
- Enter the identifiers in the box and select how they are separated.
- Click Preview to generate the list of users associated with the identifiers provided.
- Click Add Recipients to add the users to the request.
- Select recipients:
- When finished adding recipients, click Close.
