Registration Notifications

  1. Choose Professional Learning from the main menu.
  2. Click Configuration.
  3. Choose Registration Notifications or Approval Notifications.
  4. Click the toggles to activate the appropriate notifications.
  5. Click edit (pencil icon).
  6. Update the notification content and settings as needed.
  7. To insert a macro, click copy (clipboard icon), then paste it into the message field.
  8. Click Save.

Configuration checklist

  • For each registration notification, decide if you want it on and click the pencil icon to edit the message if needed.

  • Course Complete Email

  • First Section Reminder

  • Low Enrollment Cancellation Email

  • Low Enrollment Email 

  • Notify Admin Course Deleted 

  • Notify Admin Section Canceled 

  • Notify Admin Section Deleted 

  • Registration Confirmation 

  • Section End Reminder To Instructors 

  • Request Withdrawal 

  • Second Section Reminder 

  • Section Canceled Email 

  • Section Date/Time Change 

  • Section Deleted Email 

  • Section Start Reminder to Instructors 

  • Transcript Request 

  • Withdrawal Confirmation 

  • Registered from the Wait List 

  • Registration Link from Wait List 

  • Registration Link from Wait List - Conflicting Section
