Registration Configuration

Registration Configuration is used to determine what learners can do when withdrawing from a course. If they can register for conflicting class time. To configure and show a general disclaimer.  

Baseline configuration 

General Settings

  • Allow Automatic withdraw is on 

  • Everything else is off. 

General Disclaimer

  • Sites come with no disclaimer

If a different configuration is needed, navigate to Professional Learning > Configuration> Registration Configuration. 

Your system is already configured with Quick Start Smart Choice; no action is required.

  • Determine if you want to allow automatic withdrawals.

  • Determine if you want to allow users to register for conflicting class times.

  • Determine if you want to show course disclaimers on the registration page.

  • Registration Steps: Absence Request, only select if you have a SmartFind Express Integration.

  • Determine if you want a General Disclaimer.

General disclaimer

  1. If you chose General Disclaimer, create one now. 

  2. Click Save.

You are now ready for Course Catalog Configuration.
