Email Configuration

Email notifications can be enabled/ disabled per the client’s preference. To access the Configuration page, click Email Configuration.

Configuration Page

On the Configuration page, you can see the status, available actions, notification title, and description of each notification. Available actions include:

1. Edit: Click to access the Edit Notification page.
2. Preview: Click to preview the notification.

Edit Notifications

The Edit Notification page allows you to configure each notification. Options include:

1. Available Macros: These are macros that can be used in the notification.
2. Enabled: Select this box to enable the notification. Deselect this box to disable the notification.
3. Send Via: Select a method of delivery for the notification. Methods include email, teaser, or both.
4. From: Enter an email address or macros that will become an email address.
5. Subject: Enter text or macros for the subject line of the notification.
6. Teaser Text: Enter text or macros for the teaser text of the notification.
7. Introductory Text: Enter text or macros for the introductory text of the notification.
8. Save: Click this to save all changes made to the notification.
