AdHoc Report List

Depending on your role, enabled features, and the modules used by your district, you may have any of the following reporting options.

Standard Module Reports

These reports are standard and are repeated for multiple modules.

[Module] Access Groups

Query a list of names associated with an access group that has been identified for a program or plan.

Various modules use the concept of access groups to identify which individuals should have specific access to a plan.

Available for modules: Calibration, Evaluation, PD Playlist.

Displays all results in multiple rows, at the framework, plan, or activity level. Allows for reporting on who saved/updated the form data.

All selected user responses are displayed sequentially, sorted by the user.

Available for modules: Calibration, Evaluation, Observations, PD Playlist.

[Module] - Single Row

[Module] Forms – Single Row

Displays all results in a single row, at the framework, plan, or activity level. Does not allow for reporting on who saved/updated the form data.

All selected user responses appear on the same line.

Available for modules: Calibration, Evaluation, Observations, PD Playlist.

[Module] Intervention

Display people who need intervention due to performance in a program or plan.

Available for modules: Calibration, Evaluation, PD Playlist.

[Module] Status

Gives a completion status of each step within a program or plan.

Administrators can select specific steps to display and view completion rates for only these steps, or view completions for all steps.

Available for modules: Evaluation, PD Playlist.

Assessment Completion

Displays the most recent completion status of the selected assessments.

An assessment is an actual rubric, created within the system, which houses categories, sub-categories, and questions against which an individual can be rated. It can be tied to one or multiple activities.

AssessmentsDisplay answers given for a published assessment.

When an assessment is built within the system, there is a rated statement.

This report sets the statements/questions as the column headings and then indicates the user’s selection under each heading.

Audit Log (Course)Displays what changes were made to a given course, when, and by whom.
Audit Log (Section)Displays what changes were made to a given course section, when, and by whom.
Buildings/RoomsSearch the rooms and buildings configured in the room management system.Can search by capacity, available equipment/setups, etc.
Course Transfer CreditSearch course credit transfer requests.

Courses

Search courses. This search can include archived or historical courses.

View data on specific courses and sections, to include the roster, to determine who has registered for the courses. If section roster information is included, the report can show who has or has not completed a course as well.

External Data Sets

Allows viewing and querying on data imported through the External Data Manager.

Allows for all data to be queried and viewed through the portal, even if it originates from an outside source.

This report deals specifically with the Mentoring module.

MenteesSearch users who are mentees in the mentoring system.
Mentor LogsSearch mentor logs.
MentorsSearch users who are mentors in the mentoring system.

Observations

Displays the results of observations.


Observations - Single Row

Displays the results of observations. Scores are combined into a single row per observation.


Observations 3.0 - Single Row

Displays observation 3.0 results. Scores are combined into a single row per observation


People

Search the users in the system.

Can search by all profile fields. User sites/locations and demographics are also included.

Resources

Search resources in the content repository.

This report can be tailored to display the authors of the content in the repository as well.

Room RequestsSearch for room requests.Can search by date, approval status, requested equipment/setups, etc.

Roster

Search roster information.

Can search grades, registration status, completion date, etc.

Section Attendance

Search for users who did or did not attend a particular meeting time for a section.

Apply filters based on fields used for section creation or from demographics from participant profiles.

Section/Class Times

Search the meeting dates and times for a course section.

Administrators may need to determine if required courses in the district have enough existing sections and meeting dates to fulfill the need.

Sections

Search course sections.

Can search start and end date/time, waitlist size, etc. Search can include details from the section’s roster, section participants, attendance data, or class times. 

Survey Answers (Course)

Displays the answers given for course surveys.

Administrators can view survey data for specific courses to see how well-received they are, and to determine if participants think they were useful.

Survey Answers (Public)

Displays answers given for public surveys.

Districts can create surveys for the entire district population, or for a subset of the population, to get information to drive district-wide decisions, to assess employee satisfaction, or for any number of reasons.

Teacher CredentialsSearch teacher credentials.Can search by start date, expiration date, credential type, etc.
TranscriptSearch for transcript information.Includes both roster credits and transfer credits as they appear on the transcript. Displays a limited set of common fields across these data sources.

User Sites

Identifies sites and locations to which a user is linked.

Apply filters based on user demographics or roster information.

Wait List

Searches for users who are currently on a waitlist for a given course and section.

More easily track all users who have registered for a course, including those on a waitlist.
