Participant list
The Participant list contains the list of Mentees and Mentors for the selected school year.
Add mentees
To add a mentee:
Click Add user and then select Add mentee.
Select School year.
Select Mentor.
Enter the mentee’s name in the Search all district staff search box. This allows you to search for users within a district.
Select the mentee from the list.
Click Add mentee.
The Mentee list will display the names of the new users.
Add mentors
To add a mentor:
Click Add user and then select Add mentor.
Select School year.
In the Search all district staff search field, enter the mentee's name in the Search all district staff field.
Select user.
Click Add mentor.
The Mentor list will display the names of the new users.
To add a mentee, refer to Add mentee.
Upload user list
To upload a list of mentee users:
Click Add user and then select Upload user list.
Select School year.
Drag a CSV file or click Browse to upload a user list file.
Click Upload File.
Select the mentees you want to add.
Click Save.
The Mentee list will display the names of the new users.
To access the Mentee dashboard, click Mentees and select the mentee’s name. Refer to the section titled Mentee Dashboard for more information.
To access the Mentor dashboard, click Mentors and select the mentor’s name. Refer to the section titled Mentor Dashboard for more information.
