Parameter to print substitute total hours on the Job Inquiry page

A parameter has been added to print the total substitute hours (for single or multiple days jobs) on the Job Inquiry page. It is not enabled by default.

To enable this parameter, navigate through the menu path: Parameters, Administrators, Browser Access section, and then select Print the substitute hours worked on the job inquiry page

This is a follow-up from the SFE 24.8 version where the substitute hours were printed for all jobs (active or finished) on the Job Inquiry page. This new parameter hides the printing and can be enabled when it is needed for Administrators to see the substitute hours on the Job Inquiry page.

ReportsImprovementEnhancement to Substitute Aggregate Ratings report

For school districts, using the Substitute feedback on the jobs feature and the 5-star feedback rating feature within that, there is now an additional option within the Substitute Aggregate Ratings report, to have a detailed view of the jobs against which the substitutes were rated and individual job-wise ratings. A checkbox labeled Include columns Job ID, Job start date, and end date has been added to that report for a more detailed view of the substitute job-wise ratings.

Create/Edit JobImprovementEnhancement to allow more than one file attachment for employees while creating absences

An enhancement has been done to allow employees to add more than one attachment on their absence creation form (within the new employee web), so that they can add multiple attachments as instructions for the substitutes, like Lesson Plans, FAQs, and Additional documents.
