New feature to stop vacancy job notifications to Administrators

A new parameter has been introduced to stop vacancy job-related email notifications to Administrators. However, substitutes will still receive email notifications as usual. 

To enable this parameter, navigate through the menu path: Parameters, Communications, and then select Stop Admin notifications for vacancy job creation/modification/cancellation.

Reason BalanceImprovementNew feature to add comments for Reason Balance changes and capturing on the Reason Balance Audit Trail

A new Notes comment box has been added to the Reason Balance modify pages, allowing users to input comments about changes made to employee reason balances. These notes will be recorded on the employee Reason Balance Audit Trail, provided the feature is enabled.

Since the modification captures changes on Calculation date and Allocation value on the employee reason balance, these changes would be captured twice on the audit trail as the audit checks for changes on both these values separately.

ReasonsImprovementAdditional columns to Reasons export

Additional information has been included in the Export to Excel feature of the Reasons export data when using the Export to Excel (additional fields) option. This information pertains to the approval route for Reasons (such as Location Administrators, User-based absence approval, Absence approval user groups) and the Notify when the reason used feature from the Reason configuration.

Job SearchImprovementShowing individual locations within location groups on the available jobs filter.An enhancement has been implemented to show all location profiles within the location groups on the Location filter. This allows substitutes to filter jobs based on individual locations, even if they have the location group in their profile.

Resolved the error related to the partial unavailability of substitutes

An error occurred when substitutes had partial unavailability or availability on their schedule. This would sometimes inaccurately mark them as available for jobs when they were not. This has been resolved.

ReportsIssueResolved the error with # Custom Days Absent/Worked ReportAn error was reported regarding the # Custom Days Absent/Worked Report, where some records were occasionally missing from the report data. This has been resolved.
