For districts utilizing user-based absence approval, activating this new parameter ensures that absence approval is directed solely to the administrators or supervisors responsible for approving an employee’s absence, provided they have access to the location where the absence occurs. |

Import | Improvement | Added a new import feature for Administrator's menu access permissions related to Absence approval | A new import feature has been introduced to facilitate bulk changes in the Absence approval view or Modify menu access permissions for Administrators. This feature is applicable for school districts utilizing User-based absence approval. Mobile app | Issue | Resolved the Validate callback number notification seen on the substitute mobile app. | The Substitutes were able to see the "Validate callback number" notification on the Substitute mobile app, even when the feature is not enabled. This issue has been resolved and the notification will not be shown to Substitutes on the Substitute mobile app. |
