JobsImprovementAdded a parameter to restrict absence approval to employee's supervisors with location access

A new parameter, titled “Restrict user based absence approval to Administrators with location access of the absence location” has been introduced within the Parameters, Jobs, Job Approval section. This parameter serves as a sub-parameter under the “Enable user based absence approval routing” option.

For districts utilizing user-based absence approval, activating this new parameter ensures that absence approval is directed solely to the administrators or supervisors responsible for approving an employee’s absence, provided they have access to the location where the absence occurs.

A new parameter, titled Hide “Best Match” wording from the employee Absence Creation page, has been included in the Parameters. Employee, Browser Access section. Enabling this parameter will remove the Best Match radio button from the Absence Creation page on the new employee web interface.
